SYNLawn Indiana is proud to have installed our artificial grass for the NFL Combine in Indianapolis, IN. The NFL Combine is an intense, four-day scouting event where athletes showcase their talents and get one step closer to achieving their dreams of playing in the NFL. The NOBULL experience area allows athletes to prepare in an appropriate environment rather than in hotel hallways, as they have in the past. Many of these athletes prefer the exceptional performance, durability, and high quality offered by SYNLawn Indiana athletic turf.
More than 300 of the top college football players received invitations to the NFL Scouting Combine in February. All 32 NFL teams’ senior executives, coaching staff, player personnel departments, and medical personnel were present to assess the top college football players in the country eligible for this year’s NFL Draft. Future professional football players are required to come to the showcase in top physical condition to compete in a series of mental and physical tests designed to impress pro scouts, coaches, and, in the case of the highlight exercises shown on TV, football fans and armchair quarterbacks worldwide.

NOBULL Changes the Game for Future Athletes
NOBULL is a well-known name in sporting wear for its training supplies. The NOBULL brand is well-known in the Crossfit community for its simple and durable footwear for the weight room and their roster of famous athletes who compete in signature games. Some of those athletes include Justin Medeiros, a two-time winner in the men’s competition, and Tia-Clair Toomey, a five-time women’s champion. The Boston-based firm finalized the combine agreement in August of last year after signing New England Patriots quarterback Mac Jones in 2021. NOBULL built a training facility for the players at the Indianapolis Convention Center as part of its responsibilities as an event sponsor.
As mentioned, up until this year, prospects frequently found themselves doing last-minute adjustments and pre-drill activation in hotel hallways and convention center corners. Anywhere they and their trainers could find to get last-minute work in before taking the field to run through positional drills and crucial physical tests like the 40-yard dash. Before players went out onto the field for their final testing at the Combine, which has been held in Indianapolis, Indiana, since 1987, there was often no specific training facility available for them to use. Top prospects may have had access to areas to work out independently in the past, but such areas were not immediately connected to the closed loop of Lucas Oil Stadium and the Indianapolis Convention Center, where team and media interviews are held.
