Hamilton Town Center, which opened in 2008, is a stunning open-air streetscape environment with a diverse selection of businesses, restaurants, and entertainment venues. They provide a range of excellent dining options, including sit-down and grab-and-go options. Consider taking the family to dinner and a movie at their on-site theater. For this project, we installed 5,400 square feet of SYNLawn Play Premium and pour-in-place rubber surfacing for the play area in the middle of the outdoor shopping space.
Our children enjoy playing and exploring with their friends. Unfortunately, this means that accidents can happen on playground surfaces. Play Premium allows children to land safely due to its comfortable and soft surface and ultra-durable structure. Our state-of-the-art Indiana playground turf is IPEMA certified and designed to reduce frequent playground injuries with added shock absorption and injury preventing enhancements.
Alongside Play Premium is our SYNLawn pour-in-place rubber playground flooring, SYNPour. We utilized both cool blue and Gray pour-in-place to add a splash of personality. SYNPour is a one-component, solvent-free, UV stable straight aliphatic polyurethane prepolymer with a wide range of colors. Adaptable to any location of any size and designed to resist intense foot traffic!

The silver-based antibacterial technology in Sanitized® helps to reduce odors while also providing long-term protection. It works by removing bacterial smells and preventing germs from forming on the SYNLawn face fibers.
DualChill™ protects grass fibers from the elements and strengthens them, making them more robust and long-lasting. According to tests, DualChill Technology improves IR reflectivity by up to 42 percent on average preventing the turf from fading.
StatBlock™ is a carbon-based anti-static material that is molecularly bonded to the face fiber and inhibits the accumulation of static energy. Static levels are lowered by up to 17x when StatBlock is added to synthetic grass fibers

Next up is EnviroLoc+™. EnviroLoc+ is a plant-based, multi-layer woven backing system made with polyester, polypropylene, and soybean oil. Our recyclable backing system locks in turf fibers, preventing shedding, and increasing the longevity of our products. SYNLawn products with EnviroLoc+ have a green-colored backing to signify their authenticity. Finally, EnviroLoc+ now includes a coating of Sanitized® antimicrobial to help fight off airborne allergens caused by fungi and algae.

Hamilton Town Center visitors can have peace of mind knowing that Play Premium is both IPEMA certified and is stamped with a highly desired Class A fire rating. This Indiana synthetic grass option can protect against falls up to 12 feet and will help prevent common injuries and abrasions found in play spaces. In addition, with an ASTM E108 Class A fire rating, Play Premium expands an absolutely crucial time window for first responders to act on a call and arrive at the scene to extinguish the fire. SYNLawn products with a Class A rating will not flame up and can prevent the spread of fires.
