At SYNLawn Indiana, our artificial grass products and services recently assisted The Riverfront at Promenade, which offers 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments in Fort Wayne, IN. SYNLawn specified and installed two mirroring roof terraces for this multi-family property, for a total of 19,500 square feet between the two spaces. Riverfront Promenade is a brand-new state-of-the-art building on the riverfront. The riverfront is the convergence of three rivers: St. Joseph’s, St. Mary’s, and the Maumee, a tributary river that ends in Lake Eerie. In addition, one of the rooftops features a 1,500-square-foot six-hole SYNLawn Indiana putting green for residents to practice their short game. It is a wonderful amenity to help increase the property value and appearance of the complex.

Class A Fire Rated Indiana Artificial Grass

The Class A fire rating is the highest rating a surface material can achieve.
